Pre Inspection
Our technician inspects your carpet with you so both sides know what to expect. You'll receive a transparent upfront estimate based on square footage, dirt level, and any stains requiring special attention — before anything begins.
Pre Vacuum
We pre-vacuum your carpet with advanced equipment to remove as much dry soil as possible before wet cleaning begins. The more we remove dry, the more effective the full clean will be.
Furniture Moving
Our technicians carefully move smaller furniture pieces. Larger items are left in place for liability, but protected with tabs and blocks so nothing is damaged during the cleaning process.
Pre Conditioning & Pre Spot Treatment
Safe, fast-acting solutions are applied to break up embedded soil and pre-treat any stains or heavily soiled areas — ensuring the deep clean can work as effectively as possible.
Pre Groom
A carpet groomer is used in hightraffic areas to loosen compacted soil before extraction — lifting the carpet pile and allowing cleaning agents to penetrate more deeply.
Hot Water Extraction & Rinsing
Our best-in-class equipment uses hot water to rinse carpets thoroughly, removing all dirt, debris, and cleaning residue. The high temperature also eliminates a wide range of known allergens and bacteria.
Neutralize
